When we opened our Haggai: Consider This series, we sawthat the work of the Lord had been neglected by the people in favor of other priorities. This prompted the message of the LORD coming through Haggai challenging the people to consider their ways and the message. How did the people respond? What can we learn from their response? Come and find the answers to these as we desire to be people and a church that properly responds to the call and word of the Lord. Truly, let us consider our response to the Lord.

Haggai Consider This...

At the beginning of Haggai, the Lord asks the people twice to consider their ways. What prompted this? What does this even mean? How does the situation found in Haggai practically impact us today? We will explore all of these questions as we open the book of Haggai, and we will see that what the people were doing (and weren’t doing) should give us caution today as we, too, consider our ways before the Lord and what He has called us to do.
